If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. About Our Services
Mr. Mosquito provides premium mosquito nets, window blinds, insect screening systems, and related home improvement products and installation services in Hyderabad, India. We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company committed to delivering quality products and professional service.
3. Service Area
Our primary service area includes all major locations in Hyderabad, including but not limited to: Gachibowli, Jubilee Hills, Kondapur, Banjara Hills, Hitech City, Madhapur, Financial District, Kokapet, and surrounding areas. For locations outside this area, please contact us to verify service availability.
4. Free Consultation & Site Visit
We offer free home consultations and site measurements. During the consultation, our representative will assess your requirements, take precise measurements, and provide a detailed quotation. This service is provided without any obligation to purchase.
5. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by Mr. Mosquito are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Order Confirmation and Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment as per the agreed terms. We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and UPI payments. A minimum advance payment may be required to initiate the manufacturing or procurement process. Balance payment is typically due upon completion of installation.
7. Product Specifications
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Minor variations in color, texture, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen displays.
8. Installation Services
Our professional installation team will install the products as per industry standards. The customer must provide safe and clear access to the installation area. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in walls, frames, or structures that may affect installation. Any structural modifications required for installation will be communicated prior to commencement.
9. Delivery and Installation Timeline
Estimated delivery and installation timelines are provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material availability, weather conditions, or site readiness. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
10. Warranty Policy
Mr. Mosquito offers a comprehensive warranty on our products:
- Mosquito Screens & Nets: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material failure.
- Window Blinds: 2-year warranty on mechanical components and fabric.
- Motorized Systems: 1-year warranty on motors and electronic components.
- Installation Workmanship: 1-year warranty on installation quality.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, pet damage, or modifications made without our approval. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service with your order details.
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested in writing. Custom-made products (including products manufactured specifically to your measurements) cannot be canceled once manufacturing has commenced. For cancellations before manufacturing, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-20 business days. No refunds will be issued after installation is completed unless there is a proven manufacturing defect that cannot be rectified.
12. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for measurements and quotations.
- Ensure clear access to installation areas by removing obstacles and valuables.
- Notify us of any special considerations (e.g., pets, children, allergies) prior to installation.
- Inspect the installed products promptly and report any concerns within 7 days of installation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr. Mosquito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mr. Mosquito, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from (i) your use of and access to our services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your conduct caused damage to a third party.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mr. Mosquito or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
16. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our website or services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against others.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
- Interfere with or circumvent the security features of our services.
17. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mr. Mosquito. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. 18. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Hyderabad, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
21. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
23. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Mr. Mosquito.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mr. Mosquito regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements between you and Mr. Mosquito.
